John Alty

As the Sales Manager for The Pointe de Las Conchas, John Alty is responsible for the sales, marketing and contract work for the property. He has been a realtor for 21 years, and started working with Canusa Homes in 1990 when he sold homes for Therrien Bros. Construction Ltd, a Canadian subsidiary of Canusa Homes.

Mr. Alty is involved in various Real Estate Boards and Associations and has received numerous awards including the 18-Year Medallion Club Award with Vancouver Real Estate Board, the Remax Hall of Fame, and the 20-Year Award with Remax. He has a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and real estate sales and often acts as a consultant when he is not working on project developments with Canusa.

Mr. Alty is a strong supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and is involved in many fund raising events and sponsorships. On his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, boating, and travel.
