SeaSide Reservations was formed in 2001 and has over 200 employees servicing the Rocky Point area. They currently manage over 700 condo units and 150 beach homes.

Services offered include:

  • Inventory and maintenance of property
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting
  • Payment of your unit’s utility bills
  • FM-3 and Tax Coordination
  • Monthly Statements with Income checks
  • All Linens are provided by SeaSide at no extra cost to owner

  • Transportation for guests and owners to and from the Phoenix area
  • Online access to your unit’s accounting and reservation status

Commission

  • SeaSide receives 35% of rental income from property management services.
  • SeaSide will provide a commission discount to the owner for those clients or guests referred by the owner. The discounted commission will be 25%.

Selection Process


Although you are not required to use SeaSide Reservations, we hope that you will consider their services. To help you in deciding which company to hire for your Property Management needs, we have prepared a helpful list of things you should consider before hiring a firm.
